We place our 40-year-experience as manufacturers at the disposal of architects and designers in the contract channel. We have included all our collections in a BIM digital library and we propose an example of an editable pool, made in BIM, which can be downloaded here.
Custom projects
Our design department turns the most exclusive creations into mosaics. There is no size limit in the case of murals, since we have the most advanced mechanical means that replace tedious manual work.
Both 1.2×1.2cm and 2.5×2.5cm tiles can be used, being the smaller option the one that will provide higher definition to the design. Likewise, through a simple prior study, the client will be guided through a visual proposal with the aim of making the decision easier.
Large swimming pool projects for contract canal
Our large production capacity of more than 6,000 m2 per day can tackle, in very reasonable deadlines, large swimming pool projects for hotels, resorts and campsites. In these cases, we recommend the use of 2.5×2.5cm or 5x5cm mosaic due to its simplicity of installation.
Moreover, we are leaders in public pool projects thanks to our patented anti-slip system with a silky touch, which complies with the most demanding regulations of the sector: R-11, Category C and Class 3.
As for the support, we offer three options: paper faced, polyurethane cord and PVC dots, which allow more than 90% of free surface on the back of the tile to be in contact with the adhesive, preventing its fall.
Big wellness projects
One of the main features of Reviglass mosaics is their rounded edges, which generate a feeling of comfort in wellness projects, due to their soft touch, avoiding possible cuts. They are also easy to clean, thanks to their non-porous finish, which is a characteristic of ground, pressed and kilned glass, preventing dirt from sticking.
Facade projects
Facade coating is a very specific and traditional application of glass mosaic that requires a typology and exquisite care in the color management.
To achieve these objectives, the Reviglass mosaic presents different supports, paper faced, polyurethane cord and PVC dots, for a better grip to the wall. In addition, a special care is kept to maintain the uniformity of the batch in large surfaces.
Thanks to the wide variety of colors of our range, the facades can be adjusted to the aesthetics required by each project.
